Wesley's STCCG card of the day #126

Hi, folks,

after a few of you (>100) convinced me that STCCG is not THAT dead, I guess I am stuck with this forever :-)
Now, if Decipher at least gave me some cards for free so that I'd at least get rid of PAYING for the stuff I am reviewing... (How about an AU box, Warren ?)
Hrmph. Probably not, considering the royalties P*R*M**NT is charging them.

Before we get to business, some changes:
1) I have finished my studies and got no net access on weekends. So no COTD's on Saturdays or Sundays for some time.
2) We have a new web page. And it's better than the old one. (See below for the URL)
3) We will soon be on stccg.discussion-list, too. Just coordinating this.

OK. Card ? Well, still no AU out anywhere, so quite boring:

MEDICAL, Honor, Staff Star (+)

A Common with two good skills. To be exact, MEDICAL and ... ... female!

Yep, our ridged friends are way short on babes, especially not-so-rare ones. And they're also short on doctors. So why not combine these two traits into one card ?

(BTW, the other Klingon ladies are the Duras sisters, Kurak and Ba'El, the latter of which is worse than crappy.) And any decent deck needs three women in play to overcome the standard Love Interest / Matriarchal Society combo.

So choices are not that great which actually makes Vekma close to unavoidable, as Lursa is not that good, either (Leadership is OK, Geology might some- times be nice, but besides that zilch, and don't forget the Firestorms!) Honor is a nice gift, too, especially when combined with Death Yells or Honor challenges, and at least Integrity is >5...

The other medical alternative is Divok, but Youth is pretty worthless and Biology needs appropriate missions (although there are four Klingon missions that can use Biology).

For me the decision on which Doc to use in my red decks is easy: both :-)
