Another counterspell ?
The things you can get from this card are:
1) Slow your opponent's development. Always desirable.
2) Suck a Kevin Uxbridge. Always desirable.
3) Kill her Revolving Door she planned to play or already played on your
AU door in order not to lose your own speed. Always desir... I'm getting repetitive.
The risk behind it ? You might encounter an opponent who plays no AU and no other expansion cards. One lost card. Great deal. Use the remaining 59. Or you could only get it late in the game. Okay, you should have won by other means at that point (The 500+ KBytes of COTDs just have to be good for something:-) )
I'd use it in every deck from the start. You can always sideboard it out after you've seen what you're up against, but I'd never miss the chance to beat her horribly on the first game and start the second one with a comforting lead.
Just don't think of including three of them in your deck to increase your chances of playing it early. Too many is sometimes worse than too few. And while you can normally afford to lose one card, losing three is an entirely different business.
I might also bring back the point of usefulness in several play environments. Consider (1) High-level play. Carefully tuned decks using every resource available. You'll need one here - too many good AU cards nobody will pass up. (2) Low-level play. Decks thrown together of the few cards you possess. Probably also a decent AU ratio as they can't afford to leave out their AU and still have a playable deck. If you have one here - use it! (3) Mid-level play. Different story here. Enough cards to make a decent deck, but not enough AU to really include a serious AU percentage. Three cards maybe, just for coolness, but not enough that the Revolving Door will do massive damage.
